A Few Definitions Which Might Assist

Embroidery

Ideal for a range of logos and names including those with many colours. Logo's are stitched onto a variety of fabrics using On Show Embroiderys' embroidery machine. On Show Embroidery can digitize your logo (.. put it into a format that allows the embroidery machine to stitch it out) and  On Show Embroidery can provide a stitched out sample. A one off set up cost is normally incurred and embroidery is a great option for both short and long runs. For very large logo's it may be more economic to look at some of the options below. Talk to On Show Embroidery.

Cadcut

Usually used for one colour jobs and relatively short runs. No set up fee applies. Letters or logos are vinyl cut and heat pressed onto the garment. Talk to On Show Embroidery.

Screening

Very useful for longer runs involving a number of colours. A screen is produced (involving a 'one off' cost) and ink is applied through the pattern or logo on the screen directly onto the garment. This option is good for larger logo's particularly in terms of the economics of production but also provides excellent detail where a smaller logo is required. Talk to On Show Embroidery.

Digital

Where a full block of colour is required - can be seen as applying almost a photo to a garment. Talk to On Show Embroidery.
