Delivery Time

Definition: Product in Stock is an indication that the product is normally held in one of Amare Safety’s warehouse’s.

Product is often held in one the 3 New Zealand locations. If this is the case we will aim to dispatch product within two working days. On occasion product in stock may only be held in the main Amare warehouse in Melbourne. If this is the case we will contact you and advise an estimated  delivery time. We will attempt to work with you to expedite urgent orders or offer substitutes where it is feasible for us to do so. Customers can choose to cancel or revise their order at this point

On occasion where we are out of stock of a normally stocked line the above will also apply. ie we will contact you with a view to arriving at a mutually agreeable solution.Product cannot be shipped overseas.


Definition: Order In Item, In some cases Amare chooses to source product ex a supplier. This can add 1-3 days to delivery timeframes or more if this item is an airfreight ex an overseas supplier.

We will attempt to advise a leadtimes at the time of order placement if these leadtimes will materially impact on delivery – ie longer than 5-7 workdays.


Returns /Exchange

If you have ordered the wrong size of product, you can return the item in saleable condition to us for a refund or exchange. Please note customer must send product back to us at their own cost for refund or exchange; however once we have received the product for exchange we will send out the right product at our own cost. Please include the packing slip when you return/exchange if possible as it makes the process much easier and faster. 


If you have any concerns about the product you ordered or we have made an error, please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify things as soon as possible.
